Disney Vacation Club has begun sending out preview invitations for the reimagined Test Track at EPCOT, and this version includes different eligibility criteria than the initial preview announcement from late June.
The preview opportunity announced is still scheduled for Saturday, July 12, 2025, but is specifically for DVC Members who have a home address near Walt Disney World Resort, as noted in the email now being delivered to eligible Members. This is a departure from the initially announced DVC preview, which was only available to Members with a qualifying hotel reservation booked prior to July 6 using their Membership.
Original Preview Criteria (announced June 30):
- Member must have booked a qualifying Walt Disney World Resort hotel stay prior to July 6
- Stay must have been booked using eligible DVC Membership
- Member must be staying at the resort on the event date (July 12)
Today’s Email Invitation Criteria:
- Member with a home address near a Walt Disney World Resort
- No mention of prior booking cutoff or reservation made through DVC points
- Invitation sent directly to eligible Members by email
DVC Preview Event Details
- Date: Saturday, July 12, 2025
- Location: Test Track entrance in World Discovery at EPCOT
- Check-In: Look for event signage at the attraction
- Event Times: Staggered throughout the day
- Party Size Limit: Member plus up to 4 guests (total of 5 per Membership)
- Requirements: Valid theme park admission and an EPCOT park reservation on July 12 unless exempt under admission type
DVC emphasizes that pre-registration is required, and spots are limited. Members who meet the eligibility conditions are encouraged to register promptly using the link provided in the email.
This newly announced group joins other preview audiences, including Cast Members (June 27–July 10) and Annual Passholders (July 13–19, excluding July 17). Additional preview details for Golden Oak and Club 33 Members have yet to be released.
