A new immersive theme park focusing on nostalgia has been unveiled for Las Vegas, Nevada, US.

RetroEscapes will transport guests to five distinct decade-themed lands: the 1950s, 60s, 70s 80s and 90s, along with a Tomorrow Zone that will look ahead to the future.

Each land will include immersive attractions, activities, dining, shopping and live entertainment, all themed to each decade.

Artists pictures show attractions such as the Pac-Man Game Bar, while events such as an 80s VR Gamer Night are also promised.

The news was announced on Instagram by Daniel Leo Jr, who said the plans had been more than seven years in the marking.

Plans are still at an early stage, with no exact location, construction date or opening date announced.
