ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. (WKRC) – Disneyland cleared out its lost and found with a sale that raised over $100,000, but what do people leave behind at the happiest place on Earth?

Brooke Guzman, 21, chronicled the 2025 Disneyland lost and found sale on her TikTok page. The sale happens every year and is hosted by Goodwill of Orange County, per People.

Cast members (employees of the Disney parks) were invited into the sale at 10:30 a.m. on September 20, 30 minutes before the general public was allowed to start shopping around. The items are separated across multiple tables and bins denoting categories like electronics, clothing, and more.

Guzman said she found expected items like Disney merchandise and phone chargers, but started noticing stranger picks when the public started moving everything around.

“It got a little more hectic with people searching for the best deals they could find,” she said. “You could tell some people were there for fun, and others were there for resales.”

Guzman’s first big hit was an Anker battery pack, which she knew was expensive since she already had a few at home. As for the more absurd items? Guzman also found a body weight scale, a rice cooker, and multiple hair styling tools.

“Honestly, I cannot stop thinking about the body weight scale and why someone might bring that on vacation,” Guzman said. “It was a good laugh.”

Multiple viewers took to her comment section to laugh about the discoveries.

“A rice cooker and toaster are always a MUST when going to Disney,” one commenter jeered.

“how did that many people go to disney with a stroller and go home without it?!?” another wrote.

Guzman told People she posted the videos to put more eyes on the sale, saying that she hopes “others are able to attend and get some great deals in the future.”
