Fincantieri has delivered the Four Seasons I to Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, the joint owner and operator of Four Seasons Yacht.

The handover took place at Fincantieri’s Ancona shipyard, where more than 2,000 workers, Fincantieri employees and partner companies, spent months completing the vessel.

The 34,000-ton ship has just 95 all-suite accommodations, each of which is designed as a private ocean-facing sanctuary. The flagship Funnel Suite spans 457 square meters of indoor-outdoor private space, placing it among the most exclusive accommodations ever created at sea, the company said.

The design philosophy throughout prioritizes open-air living and direct connection to the ocean, with generous terraces across the ship.

Beyond the physical product, the yard said the Four Seasons I represents a significant step forward in the digital evolution of shipbuilding. As the first vessel built under Fincantieri’s Navis Sapiens program, developed by Fincantieri Ingenium, a joint venture between Fincantieri NexTech and Accenture, the ship features an integrated digital architecture that leverages artificial intelligence and real-time data to support safer, more efficient operations. The open, scalable system allows new technologies to be integrated as they emerge without disrupting the guest experience.

“Today we deliver not just a ship, but a new paradigm for the hospitality industry,” said Pierroberto Folgiero, CEO and Managing Director of Fincantieri. “Four Seasons I is the first Navis Sapiens: a vessel with a digital intellect, capable of learning, adapting, and growing alongside its owner and guests.”

Ben Trodd, CEO of Four Seasons Yachts, also attended the delivery ceremony at Ancona alongside senior Fincantieri leadership and local officials.
