Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises have announced a new global leadership structure.

This follows the appointment of Wesley D’Silva as Regent Seven Seas president, effective March 2.

D’Silva will report to Jason Montague, who will stay on as chief luxury officer for Oceania and Regent Seven Seas.

In a statement, the two companies explained that the new structure is designed to strengthen support for travel advisors across all markets and capitalize on the “increasing appetite” for luxury and ultra luxury cruising.

“This strengthened leadership structure positions us to accelerate our strategic plans to take both brands to new heights and support our Travel Advisor community with even greater focus,” said Montague.

“Travel Advisors are integral to our success, and these organizational changes reflect our unwavering commitment to creating even more opportunity within the luxury and ultraluxury cruise segments.”

Additionally, Nathan Hickman and Shawn Tubman have been appointed chief sales officers for Oceania and Regent Seven Seas, respectively.

In their roles, they will oversee global sales performance, travel advisor engagement and commercial development across all markets.

Hickman will report to Jason Montague and Tubman to Wesley D’Silva.

For global commercial alignment, both North American domestic sales teams and international sales teams will report to Hickman and Tubman.

Reporting to both Hickman and Tubman at Oceania and Regent Seven Seas will be Paul Beale, VP, UK and Ireland sales; Gabriella Fonzo, senior director, Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa sales; Lisa Pile, VP sales and general manager, APAC; and Frank Medina, VP LATAM and Brazil sales.

Additionally, Oceania’s Brennan Quesnele, SVP North America sales and trade marketing, will report to Hickman only.

At Regent Seven Seas, Jerod Evans, VP, North America sales, and Melaine Diaz, VP sales strategy and trade marketing, will report to Tubman only.

Steve Odel, a longstanding senior commercial leader at the company, will also transition into an ambassador role supporting both companies.
