Director General Excise Irfan Memon has announced that two M-Tag centers in Islamabad will now operate 24 hours a day to facilitate citizens.

The decision aims to make it easier for motorists to obtain M-Tags at any time.

According to DG Excise, the M-Tag centers located at 26 Number Chungi and Satra Meel (Phulgran) Toll Plaza will now provide round-the-clock services.

He said citizens can visit these locations at any hour to get their M-Tags issued. He further stated that operating hours have also been extended at other M-Tag counters across the federal capital.

The M-Tag counters located at Kachnar Park Sector I-8 and Sector F-9 Park will now remain open until 12 a.m. midnight.

Irfan Memon said the decision was taken to reduce the difficulties faced by citizens in obtaining M-Tags and to improve traffic flow at motorways and toll plazas.

He expressed hope that these measures would provide significant relief and convenience to the public.
